Air Astana resumes flights to Turkey

Air Astana will be resuming flights from Almaty and Nur-Sultan to both Antalya and Istanbul in Turkey over the next seven days.

Air Astana will be resuming flights from Almaty and Nur-Sultan to both Antalya and Istanbul in Turkey over the next seven days. Services from Almaty to Antalya will operate on 29th and 30th August and then daily in September using a Boeing 767, whilst services from Nur-Sultan to Antalya will operate on 29th August and then three times a week (Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays) in September using an Airbus A321LR.

The flight from Almaty will depart at 09:45 and arrive in Antalya at 12.40, with the return flight departing at 14:10 and arriving in Almaty at 22:05. The flight from Nur-Sultan will depart at 08:10 and arrive to Antalya at 10:25, with the return flight from Antalya departing at 11:55 and arriving at Nur-Sultan at 19.35. All times local.

Services from Almaty to Istanbul will resume on 30th August and then operate daily between 1st and 16th September, with frequent services continuing for the rest of the month. Services between Nur-Sultan and Istanbul also be operated frequently during the month. Flights between Atyrau and Istanbul will operate twice a week (Tuesdays and Fridays) during September. All flights to Istanbul will operate using Airbus A320 / A321 aircraft.

Upon arrival in Turkey, all passengers are required to undergo a health check at the airport, with those having a positive Covid test result needing to be hospitalised.
