New entry requirements into Kazakhstan

With effect from 17th January 2022, all passengers, both vaccinated and unvaccinated except children under five years

With effect from 17th January 2022, all passengers, both vaccinated and unvaccinated except children under five years old, arriving in Kazakhstan from overseas must present a negative PCR test certificate taken within 72 hours of arrival in the country. The PCR test certificate must be in English, Russian or Kazakh languages.

In the absence of a negative PCR test certificate, passengers, including citizens of Kazakhstan and passengers holding a residence permit for the Republic of Kazakhstan, will not be allowed to board the aircraft at the point of departure.
