COVID-19 test certificate no longer required

Air Astana is pleased to advise that with immediate effect, passengers, cabin crew and airport staff are no longer required to undertake a COVID-19 test as previously stipulated by local health authorities. The requirement for social distancing on board was removed earlier this month.
Other COVID-19 related precautions remain in force, with passengers still being required to wear face masks during flights and with onboard meals on all flights being served in a disposable packaging in both Business and Economy classes.
At airports, rules regarding wearing face masks, maintaining social distance and temperature measurement also remain in force. As a result, passengers are recommended to arrive to the airport two hours prior to flight departure.
Air Astana will gradually restore its domestic network as local airports re-open during May.
