The card will be given to the winner only and remain valid within one calendar year from the day of issue.
Winners of the aircraft models may collect the prize from any ticketing office of Air Astana in Kazakhstan.
The prize has no cash value.
In order to collect your prize, please contact customer.relations@airastana.com no later than February 20th 2014 attaching a copy of your passport or national identity card.
Winners who have not contacted Air Astana Customer Relations by February 20th, 2013 will lose their entitlement to the prizes.
