Air Astana JSC announces on the decision of the General Meeting of Stockholders of the Company dated 10 October 2022 on amending the major transaction earlier approved by the decision of the General Meeting of Stockholders of the Company dated 20 January 2012 by way of entering by the Company into a Supplemental Agreement to the Purchase Agreement with Boeing for deferral of delivery positions from 2023 to 2028, including an option for termination in case of replacement by operating leases.
