Air Astana JSC announces

Air Astana JSC announces on the decision of the General Meeting of Stockholders of the Company dated 10 October 2022 on amending the major transaction earlier approved by the decision of the General Meeting of Stockholders of the Company dated 20 January 2012 by way of entering by the Company into a Supplemental Agreement to the Purchase Agreement with Boeing for deferral of delivery positions from 2023 to 2028, including an option for termination in case of replacement by operating leases.

Air Astana JSC announces on the decision of the Board of Directors of the Company dated 05 March 2020 on entering into a major transaction with International Aero Engines LLC for off-wing engine maintenance services to cover up to 47 PW1127G/PW1133G type engines for Airbus А320 NEO family aircraft for the period of 8 years from the entry into service of each aircraft with the last scheduled delivery in December 2022.
